Our rates
The rates below are per week from Saturday 17:00 (5pm) to the following Saturday 10:00 (10am).
Linen rental (sheets, pillowcases, and towels) is included in the price (one set per week). Pool towels are not provided, please bring your own.
Weekend rentals are possible off-season or in mid-season. Please check with us.
Prices include all costs, including electricity up to 60kWh per week.
A tourist tax (0.85€/pers/day) must be paid to the municipal council; it will be charged to you upon your arrival.
For stays in season and in high season, for practical (turnover-related) reasons, the final cleaning service is extra and will be charged.
Rates indicated below are in €uros. They are per week in all cases, except of course for the final cleaning which will be charged only once regardless of the number of weeks rented.
In high season, bookings for two weeks or more will be given priority over shorter stays.
In off-season, mid-season and weekends, the price is calculated on the basis of a package for up to 3 persons, plus a set price per supplementary person (last column in table). In season and high season, the price is a flat rate independently on the number of persons (within house capacity).

A ce propos, si vous décidez d'amener votre propre équipement, nous vous demandons de prévoir des jeux complets de draps avec protège-oreillers (taies) carrés.
